Key Ingredients: America by Food is a traveling exhibition about food culture produced by the Smithsonian Institution's Museum on Main Street program.
The Wisconsin tour of Key Ingredients is a project of the Wisconsin Humanities Council, in partnership with the six hosting organizations and communities. Each of the six locations will feature displays depicting their local and regional traditions to add local flavor to the larger national-themed exhibit. A variety of regional programs and presentations will also complement the exhibition in each location. (A PDF map of the six tour stops is available here )
